Advancement Specialist- New position

Full-time, Non-Exempt

Under the direction of the Contracts and Compliance Manager, the Advancement Specialist is a critical member of the grants management team and focuses on federal, state, local government, and restricted foundation grant activities and compliance requirements critical to the success of the organization. This position will perform a variety of contractual, financial, and general administrative tasks and work closely with programs to ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting.

API Specialist- New position

Full-time, Non-Exempt

Under the supervision of the Community Services Manager, the API Outreach Specialist is responsible for assisting in the development and coordination services targeted towards members of the Asian- American/ Asian/ Pacific Islander (API) Communities. The API Outreach Specialist is responsible for advocacy, outreach, and education on domestic violence and human trafficking issues existing within the API community. Utilizing a trauma informed care approach, the API Outreach Specialist is responsible creating and enhancing partnerships between Radiant Futures and organizations that predominantly the API community, developing outreach and educational material with cultural awareness, and working with other community resources in meeting participants’ service needs.

Associate Director of Clinical Services- New position

Full-time, Exempt

Under the direction of the Chief Program Officer, the Associate Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the management and expansion of Radiant Futures’ Clinical Services program. This position works as an integral part of Radiant Futures and ensures that appropriate therapeutic intervention models are being utilized within a trauma-informed care framework. Additionally, this position may provide individual and group counseling to participants and provides clinical supervision to MSW interns.

Center Manager

Full-time, Exempt

Under the direction of the Associate Director of Housing, the Center Manager is charged with managing the day-to-day operation of the organization’s Center and 24-hour helpline. Utilizing a trauma-informed care approach, this position will ensure compassionate care to participants through effective development and coordination of program activities as well as maintaining an environment that is safe and welcoming for participants in the Center. In addition, the Center Manager is responsible for providing support and supervision to Center Advocates, Center Volunteers, Center Activities, and the maintenance of program records.

Director of Development- New Position

Full-time, Exempt

Under the direction of the Chief Advancement Officer, the Director of Development serves as a critical member of the Advancement team leading the development goals and strategies for all fund development campaigns; plans and implements special events to maximize investor engagement; develops and maintains a prospect portfolio to optimize fund development opportunities; and ensures that milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.

Housing Navigator

Full-time, Non-Exempt

Under the direction of the Associate Director of Housing, the Housing Navigator is responsible for identifying and transitioning survivors into a full range of permanent housing opportunities, including individual apartments and shared housing. The Housing Navigator will work as a lead for a housing team that works closely with landlords to identify units.

Service and Administrative Assistant- New Position

Full-time, Non-Exempt

Under the direction and supervision of the CEO, the Service & Administrative Assistant will manage the day-to-day operations of Anaheim Campus and performs full range of general office tasks, providing clerical and administrative support for CEO and Senior Leadership Team, customer service to callers and guests, and managing supplies and furniture of all common areas of the office. This position will also serve as a liaison between the CEO and all departments throughout the organization as well as external partners and clients. This position will also work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and manages a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with the highest degree of discretion.
