Healing isn’t a straight line, and no one should have to walk it alone. Our support groups and workshops offer a safe, confidential space where survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking can process their experiences, build practical tools, and reconnect with themselves, at their own pace and on their own terms.
Every group is trauma-informed and rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own healing. Whether you’re learning to manage anger, understand the impact of trauma, rediscover who you are, or simply build resilience for the road ahead, you’ll be met with compassion, not judgment.

These groups are open to self-identified survivors of DV or HT, ages 18 and up. Locations may vary, and childcare is available for groups held on our Fullerton campus.
