Every day at Radiant Futures, we witness the quiet courage it takes for survivors to step toward healing. This month, we share two powerful stories: Mariana’s journey through our Personal Empowerment Program, and the impact of our 52-hour Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking Certification Training.
These stories shine light on what happens when survivors receive trauma-informed care, education, and are surrounded by a compassionate community. They remind us that healing is real, tangible, and transformative.
Yet as these stories unfold, there’s a shadow growing over services nationwide. A memorandum from the White House orders a sweeping review of federal funding across all domestic nonprofits, including those providing critical shelter, crisis support, and survivor services. Lifelines that survivors rely on risk being cut.
While some legal pushback has temporarily paused parts of this effort, the uncertainty continues.
This is more than policy, it’s about lives, families, and futures. When funding is threatened, the safety survivors find at Radiant Futures becomes uncertain.
Your engagement, whether through advocacy, training, or financial support, helps protect safe spaces from disappearing. Your voice can ensure that survivors don’t have to wonder: Will Radiant Futures still be there tomorrow?
Thank you for being part of this community standing up for hope, safety, and dignity.
